Our leadership program for teen dancers. Ambassadors assist in classes, mentor younger dancers and learn how a dance studio runs, gaining skills that last well beyond the dance floor.
Ambassadors assist instructors in class, mentor younger dancers and learn teaching techniques. A tiered structure, from Classroom Assistant to Teaching Assistant to Apprentice Teacher, prepares ambassadors for future leadership and teaching roles.
Ambassadors help with studio operations, customer service, marketing and event planning, plus hands-on jobs like social media, costume fittings and studio organization. They share ideas and work closely with staff.
Dedicated Ovation dancers ages 12–18 who want to grow as dancers, leaders and role models.
Assistant teachers earn pay along with resume help. Other ambassador roles earn community service hours, leadership experience and exclusive perks.
