What you need to know
The regular team season runs from August to May, and all members are required to attend a mandatory choreography camp from August 4th to 7th, along with regular classes and events.
To ensure optimal technique and growth, dancers must complete 16 hours of technique classes during our 8-week summer session or participate in an equivalent dance camp or intensive program elsewhere. Instructors must sign off on these hours. This requirement is crucial for assessing each dancer’s growth, technique level, and commitment to skill improvement, all of which are key factors in team placement decisions.

Our competition teams are designed for dancers of all levels, from eager beginners to experienced performers. Each team offers specialized training, exciting choreography, and opportunities to compete while building confidence and friendships. No matter your experience, there’s a team that’s the perfect fit for you!
Ages 6-8
A Novice team of our most electric little ones who have caught the dance bug early. We can’t wait to see them thrive and grow this coming season. This group will perform 2 of the following styles of dance this season: Jazz, Tap, or Ballet/Lyrical. These dancers train 1.5 – 2.5 hours per week.
Ages 8-10
Beginner dancers who have demonstrated their commitment and enthusiasm for dance. These dancers are hungry and eager to work hard and absorb all they can. Styles this group has performed: Jazz, Tap, Lyrical. These dancers train 2 – 3 hours per week.
Ages 11 - Teen.
Advancing Beginner/Intermediate dancers who have demonstrated their commitment and enthusiasm for dance and are eager to learn and improve their skills. These dancers train 4 – 5 hours per week.
Styles this group has performed: Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballet, Musical Theater & Contemporary.
Ages 12 - Teen.
High Intermediate dancers with competitive experience and must demonstrate strong technical abilities such as genre styling, musicality, body awareness, choreography, precision and performance. These dancers train 4+ hours per week.
Styles this group has performed: Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, & Contemporary.
Ages 12 - Teen.
Advanced dancers with competitive experience and excel in their skills and passion for dance. They must be able to quickly pick up choreography and execute it with precision and emotion. These dancers train 5+ hours per week.
