- This track is catered to dancers at all levels and ages, open to any student who enjoys dance and wishes to begin or continue their Ballet training. Classes focus on technique basics, musicality, posture, and movement — perfect for students dancing for fun, enrichment, or as part of a well-rounded dance education.
- This track Is for students seeking more focused ballet training and faster technical progression. This track emphasizes strength, precision, and advancement through structured levels. Placement is determined through instructor recommendation or evaluation.

FAQs
Enrollment in our Ballet Dance classes is by invitation only. Students are carefully evaluated by our experienced staff to ensure they have the necessary strength, technique, and maturity for ballet at different levels. This process helps us maintain a safe and supportive environment for all dancers.
Dancers should wear a leotard, ballet tights, and properly fitted Ballet shoes.Hair should be neatly secured in a bun. We recommend consulting with your instructor for specific attire guidelines and to ensure shoes are correctly fitted to prevent injury. Pointe shoes are only required for those who have been approved for pointe classes.
Ballet Dance classes are typically held once or twice a week, depending on the student’s level and schedule. We encourage consistent attendance to build strength and technique gradually. Ballet & Pointework requires dedication and regular practice both in and outside of class to ensure safe progression.
Our classes that focus on Ballet technique only begin at age 5. The age at which a student starts Ballet Dance can vary based on their physical development, strength, and technique.Generally, students are considered for pointework around the age of 12 or older, but our staff will make individual recommendations based on readiness rather than age.
You can support your child by ensuring they have a proper space at home to practice their exercises and stretches. Encouraging a healthy diet and adequate rest is also important to support their physical demands. Additionally, celebrating their dedication and achievements helps motivate them throughout their dance journey.
It’s essential to communicate any discomfort or pain to the instructor immediately. Pointework should never be painful when done correctly. Our instructors will assess your child’s technique and shoe fit to address any issues and ensure they are dancing safely.
