Leadership & Confidence Through Dance
The Education Support Team at Ovation Dance is more than just an assistant program—it’s an opportunity for students to develop leadership, responsibility, and confidence while sharing their love of dance. Ambassadors play an essential role in the classroom, helping younger dancers feel comfortable and supported. Whether assisting with class structure, demonstrating technique, or learning hands-on teaching skills, our Ambassadors grow as mentors and role models within our dance family.
Why Join the Education Support Team?

Ambassadors gain real-world skills like communication, patience, and leadership, all while refining their dance knowledge and teaching abilities.

By working alongside instructors and peers, Ambassadors build strong relationships and become role models for younger dancers.

For those interested in becoming dance instructors, this program provides hands-on experience and structured growth opportunities that prepare them for future teaching roles.
A Tiered Path to Success
Our structured, tiered program ensures that each Ambassador gains experience and responsibility at a pace that suits their skill level. Starting as volunteers, Ambassadors have the opportunity to progress through different roles as they develop their teaching skills and classroom management abilities. This creates a natural pathway for those interested in becoming future dance instructors while keeping our classrooms organized and enriching for every student.
Supporting Dancers, Shaping Futures
At Ovation Dance, we believe that learning extends beyond the dance floor. Our Education Support Team is designed to empower students with skills that go beyond movement—teaching responsibility, teamwork, and leadership in a hands-on environment. By assisting in classes, Ambassadors gain experience in classroom management, communication, and mentorship, all while making a lasting impact on younger dancers. Whether a student is looking to build confidence, explore a future in teaching, or simply give back to the dance community, this program offers a meaningful way to grow while staying connected to their passion.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
All students who would like to join our Ambassador Education Support Team must first submit an application and attend the Mandatory Ambassador Training in August, in order to be considered for a position.
