My kid did 2 of their short 6 week programs with Ms.Kris and Sophia and every week was something new and fun. Jazz, hip hop, ballet and acro. He loved it all and the people he did it with!! It’s pretty impressive to see 2 instructors get a dozen tiny kids all on the same page and make a whole dance in one short session and have fun doing it. You get to watch it all unfold in their waiting room which is also really cool! Definitely recommend!

I danced at this studio about 4 years ago and both then and now, I will say this studio is amazing. An encouraging environment for students and with fresh and new feeling choreography! The teachers care about their students. They also are great with communication and making sure parents and dancers know what they need to. I would dance again and if I had kids I'd bring them here to dance!

I highly recommend Ovation dance! All of the staff genuinely cares for the well being of our children and they treat them like they are their own. They are extremely helpful when finding the right type of dance class for your child. They are organized and do a great job communicating. My daughter started dancing with Ovation at the age of 4, she will be 14 in the spring. The staff have been nurturing, loving and supportive of her on her dance journey. They are amazing role models that provide gentle pushing when needed, positive encouragement, and a shoulder to cry on when days are hard. Join Us for the End of Our 2024-2025 Season: Eating Up The Dance Floor Recitals!

We’re excited to celebrate an amazing season with our Eating Up The Dance Floor recitals! Below is a guide to frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding ticket purchases.

Tickets

Important Recital Information

Our recital is divided into two parts:

– The Mini Recital (Pre-Show) will start at 6:00 PM.

– The Main Recital will begin at 7:30 PM.

– Doors Open: 5:30 PM

Venue: John Roper Auditorium, 1615 Filer Ave East, Twin Falls, ID 83301 (Twin Falls High School)

Please note that tickets must be purchased for everyone attending, except for the performers, regardless of whether they are watching the Mini Recital or the Main Recital.

Tickets purchased for the event allow access to both shows and there will be an intermission between the Mini Recital (Pre-Show) and the Main Recital.

Your ticket is valid for the entire performance, and there will be an intermission between the Pre-Show and the Main Show. We encourage you to enjoy both parts to fully support all of our talented dancers!

How to Buy Recital Tickets

Ticket Pricing & Information

This event will be General admission. Arrive at the venue early to get a good seat!

Regular Price tickets purchased in advance are $12 each.

Tickets purchased on the day of the show will be $15 each.​

Children Ages 3 and Under are admitted Free!

*Important: All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Tickets may be transferable to another person.*

Group Discounts

15% off when you purchase 4 or more tickets until April 18th!

10% off for purchases of 4 or more tickets from April 19th until the day of the show.

Ticketing for Performers

Dancers do not need a ticket as they will remain backstage throughout the show. Parents should drop off dancers 30 minutes before the show and pick them up afterward.

For Tiny and Mini families, please note the following:

The Mini Recital (pre-show) starts at 6:00 PM, followed by the Main Recital at 7:30 PM.

Families of Tiny and Mini dancers may collect their dancers after the red carpet ceremony at the end of their Mini Recital and are welcome to watch the remainder of the Main Recital how at no additional cost.

However, please note that tickets must be purchased for everyone attending, regardless of whether they are watching the Mini Recital or the Main Recital (except for the dancers). Tickets purchased for the event allow access to both shows.

FAQs

Do I have to buy the tickets for all my family and friends or can they purchase them from the website?

Anyone can purchase tickets. However, if you wish to sit together, it is recommended that one person buy tickets for the group.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the show?

Yes! Please print your ticket or have your mobile ticket ready to present at the door.​

Why do I have to buy recital tickets? What was the Recital fee for?

You are kindly asked to purchase recital tickets to assist in funding various event elements such as venue rental, technical production, venue staffing, and custodial fees. The Recital fee includes covering the costs of Ovation Dance staff to support parents and children throughout rehearsal week and the recitals, show expenses to provide a memorable experience for everyone involved, and it also comes with a Recital t-shirt for each child participating in the show.​

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets may be available at the door, but please note they will be priced at $15. Due to high demand, availability cannot be guaranteed. Purchasing tickets in advance ensures you have a good seat to enjoy the performance!

Can I get a refund for tickets purchased?

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. Tickets may be transferable to another person.

Can I leave after my performer is done?

All our dancers have worked very hard, so we encourage patrons to remain in the theater for the entire show. We want to support the entire cast and a full house is the best way to do that. We understand if you must leave, however please do so through the doors at the very back of the auditorium. Please only exit in between performances. For your dancer’s safety, they will NOT be allowed to leave until the end of the show and they must be picked up by a designated parent/guardian.

Does my dancer need a recital ticket?

Tiny and Mini families may collect their dancers after the red carpet ceremony at the end of their segment of the show and watch the remainder free of charge.
