We are looking for an experienced, passionately creative person to teach dance classes in Twin Falls. This person should be well rounded, loving, and reliable. They should also be an efficient, vibrant teacher who is passionate about the transformative benefits of dance for young people.

- Inspire, encourage and guide children in exploring their abilities and facing their challenges.
- Prepare direction and other training activities and lessons for each class.
- Thoroughly explain and demonstrate proper dance technique
- Effectively communicate with children
- Ensure a culture in the studio that includes our Core Values: Confidence, Inclusion, Family, Dedication, Teamwork, Excellence
- Support the studio’s welcoming, healthy and safe learning environment for all students to grow and learn through mutual understanding and respect
- Collaborate with other instructors and work to meet the needs of all students
- Create choreography when assigned long term teaching position
- Attend and assist in all annual productions and rehearsals if assigned a long term performance class
- At least 1 year of experience as a dance instructor
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have Reliable transportation to and from the studio.
- Hours of Work: Monday through Thursday evenings after 4pm with the possibility of Saturday morning classes.
- Warm personality with great communication skills
- Ability to work well others
- Have a valid driver license & provide a background check if requested
- Teachers should be flexible and willing to teach multiple age groups.
- Styles teachers should be willing and able to teach (any of the following): Ballet, Creative Movement, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Acro/Tumbling, Musical Theatre.
- All production materials and costs are covered by Ovation Dance
- Ovation manages all enrollments, billing, marketing and studio operations.
- Paychecks are processed via direct deposit every other Friday.
